The unit is just the right place to stay in when you need to visit iconic places in Tagaytay. The scenic view from the balcony is a plus, and we love to walk on the grass field outside before the sun sets. Annabelle is also very friendly and accommodating. Worth staying!

location is far from the clubhouse as we did not expect

no enough bathroom needs like shampoo they only provide handwash

The location is great, and security on duty 24/7 . The unit keeper, Ms Annabelle, was helpful and did what she can to accommodate us as soon as our stay was confirmed by the owner. Convenient store, massage place, and laundry place in the same building.

Communication with owner and booking.com is horrible. Got confirmation when booked. Sent them messages but didn't get a response. Then, 5 days prior to arrival, we got another confirmation and details about the location and contact person, but they still didn't answer any of my queries. When we arrived, we almost missed the contact person Ms Anabelle who wasn't aware of the booking. Very poor communication. She had to contact the owner to confirm and all. Also, the details sent to me were out of date. Ms. Annabelle had to give her current mobile number and wifi as the one provided was incorrect. The bedsheets and pillow cases need replacements. The bathroom smells like vomit but was told it was the drainage and was already reported to the building management.

The place is very cozy and convenient almost near to all shops and restaurant no hazzle at all

Should include a little toiletries if possible

The unit is cute, sakto lang sa family namin. We highly recommend!
