we love the tropical theme of the house, instagramable, fast internet, love the psp and netflix, unit is clean. bath towel and kits was provided.

parking is too far and pricey too, utensils in the kitchen is for 2pax only. no city or taal view

Its reasonably priced.

- the location is far from the town's attractions. This could be a problem if you don't have family or friends around to pick you up. Overal was not an issue for us as we had our transport organised. The view from this accomodation is not overlooking the town or lake. I believe the photos posted on booking.com are taken from the towers on the other side. The bathroom needs cleaning to remove the black mould from the walls. The photos listed are a bit misleading, the unit is in much rougher shape than what the photos suggest.

The unit was nice and neat. Very good location indeed.

Maybe toiletries can be provided or at least complimentary water would be a good points.

the condition of the walls is bad. the toilet is not clean . no tooth brush , no shampoo . the bed is not very clean . all is not good. stay at ur own risk.
