I didn't know this, so I was panicking when owner was unresponsive on my questions on how to access the property haha my fault I didn't specify our ETA on the onset. Anyway, back to my feedback: the property location is very convenient, just beside Ayala Mall. The condo was spacious, 2 bedroom and 2 batchroom. There's AC units in each room and in the living area. The TV was huge, with Netflix and has great sounds. The internet speed was reliable. There's hot and cold water to both showers. There's a full size ref, working stove, electric kettle. I kept looking for the broom and mop. I didn't find it haha I want to clean a bit because the kids were a bit rowdy, snacking everywhere 😅

Owner and caretaker (maam fe) are kind and easy to communicate to. Value for money is great. great location, walking distance restaurants and mall and other tourist attractions.
