Your Own 3 C's Space (Cozy, Clean and Convenient)!

Wenkust keep on waiting to surrender the key until later just to leave the key there.

The location is near the church, mall and tourists spots. The owner is nice and communicate properly before our check in.

The bed foam is not sturdy. The caretaker is rude to us. She’s in hysterical reaction when she arrived on the time of check out. It would be better she talk to us in a professional way.

It’s very close to the mall and very easy directions to the room. There’s drinkable water refill. It was spacious!

There were only 2 toilet paper rolls for 3 days for 5 people. The IH didn’t work even though the caretaker went there to teach us about it. It suddenly turned off so we were not able to cook breakfast. The bedroom curtains were thin. We’re used to blackout curtains and sadly wokeup early at 7am since I cannot sleep when it’s all bright and sunny outside. There was water dripping from the other toilet. No hand soap available. Towels are not that absorbent.

The location was very convenient, and the mall is just in front of the property. Hot and cold shower working nicely. The caretaker was very responsive and accommodating.

Cleanliness can be improved. A scent of moisture/musty odor can be noted upon entering the unit.
