it was clean and nice, it was really close to where i needed to be and the scenery was amazing.

the shower flow was really low, took me a while in shower before i got out, but overall all the water flow was alright in the sinks and the bidet. Just the shower flow was really slow.

The location was very good. A lot of stores and restaurants in the direct vicinity. And a beautiful look at Taal lake and the vulcano.

The condo it self has an enormous lack of maintenance. And above all it was dirty. At least to western standards. The first thing we did was cleaning the bathroom a bit.

The washroom where we stayed was so small There was a foul odor in the washroom Needs to improve ventilation, especially in the washroom area The fridge is not working properly The shower door is broken The cleanliness is not that great Traffic in the area is bad

The location as it was easy to reach the restos and stores. The building staff/guards are courteous enough but not very helpful when checking in or out. I understand it is a condotel but as a PWD, they should have at least lent a hand to my family. Toiletries were provided when requested. And the best was the power strip you can use to charge phones and other gadgets! Thanks very much!

I never bothered to check the reviews. I am not even picky on linens or pillows but somehow the pillows have a smell that it was used, a smell of human sweat. The owner of the unit was very gracious enough to help us replace the pillow cases. But honestly saying, P1500 of cleaning fee will set your expectation that these things never happen. The rails at the terrace need to be repainted by building management as it is already peeling off and rusty. There was no cable TV or Netflix as mentioned in the booking but that is ok as we only need the room to sleep and take a bath. I really do suggest to have the room cleaned and sprayed with Lysol at least. I really hope the suggestions here can be implemented so that future tenants will truly have a great experience in your room.

Location. Wind Residences has a strategic location. Our unit has a good view of the lake . Spacious and clean. The owner is responsive - issues were sorted immediately. Her staff is helpful as well to our needs. We had a great stay.

The price posted in booking.com was deceiving with a price of $33 2D2N However upon booking charges went up to $97 including cleaning. Cheeky deal. Leak in the faucet bathroom.

Location

The place doesn't have a decent wifi connection and no cable as well and there were no available slippers for the guests. Lastly I had to pay an additional fee for the cleaning service, yet the sheets and pillow didn't smell like it was cleaned.
