"The unit has a great view but quite dirty and had an unpleasant smell."

The room has its automatic lock

The Receptionist was unfriendly and does not how to handle many customers. She should understand what the customer is trying to say (she kept on insisting that we need to have someone to assist us even though we had the clear instruction of self check-in). We had to connect to wifi and go back to the condo which was so inconvenient!

The front desk/building staff were courteous and friendly.

Tower 3 unit 612 Property/unit manager handled us/situation with no action taken •wifi data limited/load: lasted 3 days •unit was not clean upon arrival: "did not have time to clean between guest stay" •unit in poor maintenance/upkeep: continual faucet leak should have been resolved previous to our arrival; cabinet doors missing under sink; walls had water damage •insects in unit/building
