i like the room, it was as expected.

No available restaurant to accomodate breakfast. Rude staff and guards (stationed at the lobby)

The place was clean and has the items mentioned in the description.

TV box settings resets its time/date everytime it is turned off, thereby the need to set it up again otherwise there will be nothing on the tv. Also, this instruction has to be informed to renters as we did not know what to do when the care taker left us. Care taker needed to come back just to explain what needs to be done. The faucet on the lavatory inside the comfort room needs fixing as water was leaking so we needed to close/open the valve as needed.

If you are looking for some soulful and very calming place, this is it. This place helps our mind to relax after a week of stress and work. Will come back and might stay a little longer.

what I only noticed was the swimming pool for the residential building. it is too small. if you want to relax at the swimming pool you might go there super early.

The location is easy to navigate thru google map. The contact person responds immediately. The assigned caretaker was on standby when we arrived at the reception desk. Parking is also readily available even without a reservation.

the basin faucet in the bathroom is not functioning and the basin sink is clogged. The tissue holder in the bathroom is also broken. The cabinet where the dinnerware is placed is not within reach (you need to step on a chair to get the dinnerware).
