Retreat Haven in La Bella Tagaytay

I like the place , room was clean , the care taker and the lady in the reception is also nice and approachable .

The guard whos taking over the reception (when the lady receptionist was not there )when we checkout. his very rude and unprofessional we feel disappointed because the whole stay was almost perfect everyone is so welcoming and helpful but not him i hope he will learn how to talk to a customer . From the last moment he just our mood. No respect at all!

It’s calm and peaceful.

The place is not well maintained. It’s not what it looked like in the pictures. The building walls looked dirty and needed retouch. The plants were not well groomed and are blocking the view in various areas making it hard to see the full beauty of the place. Not enough lighting outside the hotel make the path difficult to see at night. Everything needed additional fees. From the parking, to the pool, to the bed, etc.

The place is peaceful and quiet. Good for those who need a place to hide and be alone.

The room that we stayed is too small and the WiFi is too weak. I needed to use mu own data to do my work. The place is not yet fully developed. There are only 2 resto inside.

the ambience of the area is great, the restaurants in it are amazing too!
