Great location, spacious well designed unit, lovely outdoor terrace

Spacious apartment. Comfortable. Location ok. Fabulous view from the Balcony.

Host not there to meet us. Had to call to arrange keys.

The location is very good, close to center of Taormina, also the terrace is nice. The appartment is spaceous, well equipped. The host helped us with good information and road to the parking place.

The bed was terrible! We couldn't sleep well at all! The mattress has holes in both sides which made the sleep uncomfortable and we had back pains. Also the window in the room is too big but can't be opened and we couldn't have so much fresh air. Mosquito nets would be good to exist. A bit unpleasant smell from the bathroom in the beginning, but disappered after we used the shower. Mind the stairs as in case of large luggages, it can be a bit tough.

Host was super helpful and property in great location to attractions, centre and to cable car to get to beach . Breakfast also supplied which was a special extra surprise

Good location clean modern with 3 equal size bedrooms all on one level

Don’t make the same mistake as we did. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment based on the first 20+ photos shown on the booking. On arrival the apartment we were shown was old and dated, not what we expected. Although the location is good, the apartment needs a lot of major attention!!! Our en-suite bathroom had a sewer smell and the main bathroom bath/shower was hard to navigate due to having to hold the hand held shower head to shower. I've added some photos to give you an insight to my views.

Just about everything but the location

Breakfast was not included. There was a good fridge freezer and a nearby Co-oP. Francesco met us at a convenient place to park the car to unload it and then led us to the private parking space (Extra charge). Taormina has changed an awful lot since I was last there and is super busy. Casa Corvaja is only a short walk to the centre (and ice creams) and makes a good base for a trip to Mt Etna or Messina etc. There are lots of good restaurants nearby.

Everything was fine.
