Casa Corvaja

This was a lovely, classic Italian apartment right down the street from the main Taormina town with lovely views. It's quite dated but that wasn't an issue for us at all. They had a fascinating coffee machine (was like using an 8-track player from the 70s) but the coffee was delicious. We had lots of space for 2 families with 2 bathrooms and the older kids slept on the pull out sofa which they enjoyed. The air con wasn't working in one of the bedrooms but they came quickly and fixed it which was really appreciated. It was a quick walk into town and with a grocery store a few minutes away. Very affordable spot in an expensive town, convenient to the main sights. OOH--and they had a piano which we got to play a bit and it was lovely! The owner also helped us get down to a beach club which was a great way to spend the day.

No complaints. It's not posh by any means but a comfortable, classic Italian spot for a beautiful city.

The location was great. Access to the high street and local market and Co-op very easy. View was lovely and the space in the apartment was superb.

Some of the instructions about the TV and the kitchen implements need updating. We like to cook. Bathroom shower needs attention.

Perfect location, about 5 minute walk to the main area of Taormina. We had a lovely terrace where we could relax, enjoy the sea view and the sunshine.

Location, exceptionally clean and great location! A quick walk to town too. The best part of this property is the balcony and the view! WOW! At the end of the day we sat outside, enjoyed a glass of wine and enjoyed the view…which included a view of the water. We will definitely be back!

Everything. It is beautiful, clean, modern and comfortable. Also close to town. The owners were extremely helpful and helped us in every way possible. They have a bar in town where we went for our breakfast.

This was a perfect place to stay to get to know Taormina Calm quiet location but only a stroll away from central Taormina Well equipped - everything we needed Francesco the host really helpful - thank you

Very nice, quiet, comfortable and tastefully renovated apartment. We slept really well there. Nice seating area outside as well. Communication with Francesco was excellent.

Just one minor point: the beautiful kitchen could be a bit more tailored for guests who want to cook their own meals (the owner has indicated that this will be addressed)
