"Easy, comfy and good value."

It had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, great bathroom and kitchen area. Easy to access and close to everywhere I was going. I would definitely recommend.

Great host, cozy place had everything I needed for a great comfortable stay. Beautiful neighborhood/adjacent to park!

Not walking distance to restaurants or cafes (there is a dairy across the street). Grocery is only 20 minute walk, but not an enjoyable walk.

Kaz is just lovely & very accommodating. This was indeed the cutest accommodation we've every stayed in - a perfect blend of art-deco furniture with sleek modern touches. Everything you could need was there and there was even a park right next door to walk our dog, Jake. It was also quiet and close to everything in Tauranga. We loved our stay here and would love to stay here again on our next visit.

We liked the quiet but central location. Being in close proximity to the hospital, the accommodation was perfect. Easy to access motorway into and out of Tauranga. Shops are a quick walk across the road. It was exceptionally clean and met all our needs. Lovely host.
