What an absolute gem! Fabulous little room, exceptionally clean, private, great facilities, comfy bed, luxury pillows, tranquil and quiet (unless ya take a spoilt dog who can't be trusted not to hop on the bed but certainly wont take being tied up quietly,. there's always that one guy! 🤦‍♀️ sorry Kaz!) There is a reserve/playpark directly accessible and besides just being convenient ... has incredible views and a breathtaking old tree you just have to see!! The facilities are a touch above, especially alongside the price... we stay many places and its not too often we find traditional humble kiwi prices... It adds something extra in itself. Admirable in the current economic climate. Appreciated immensely. We loved it all, Mr loved the shower, I loved the glassware 👌😂💚

Didn't like that my dog was such a crybaby while we were out watching our girl become a NZ Champion so it felt tense upon returning. But those are feelings, facts don't care for feeling and fact is; 1000% recommend Bungalow on Bell Common Apologies for the disturbance Kaz!

Clean with everything that one needed including safe off-road parking and although I didn’t meet Kaz, my dealings with her via txt were prompt and courteous.

Location, has everything you need, love the shower! great water pressure nice gas hot water. great park right next door for the dog. Dairy, takeaway and pub 2mins walk away.

Location was ideal. Setting was very quiet. Public reserve next door with fabulous views and a stunning Banyan Tree Freeway a few minutes drive. Great shower and good kitchen facilities. Definitely would stay again. Mount Maunganui Beach photos only 10 minutes drive and a photo of the Banyan Tree.
