RENOVATED LARGE 3RM APARTMENT 5 MIN FROM THE BEACH

1. VERY dirty!! Never seen something like that. I had to wash the floor twice and it didn’t help. 2. The mattresses needs to be thrown away. I’m not just complaining, one of them is literally broken and belongs to the trash. No one should sleep there. 3. Everything smells of mold. 4. Basic stuff are missing like bowls and kitchen towels. 5. Dirty and smelly again!!!

Location. Very nice and comfortable and Spacious apartment with All the facilities needed. Quiet and clean.

No balcony.

Die Lage war wunderbar zentral, mit vielen Geschäften in der Nähe. Es gab zwei Bäder und ruhige Schlafzimmer, sowie eine Küche mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Zudem stand eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung und ein Wäscheständer. Der Kontakt war freundlich und man fühlte sich gut aufgehoben.

Die Klangqualität des Fernsehers war nicht besonders gut, die Toilettenspülung in einem Bad war etwas fehlerhaft (das Wasser hörte nicht auf zu laufen). In Wohnzimmer ist das Licht zu hell, eine kleinere Lampe für gemütliche Atmosphäre fehlt noch. Ansonsten alles perfekt. Das sind jedoch kleinere Mängel, die den Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht negativ beeinflusst haben.

Очень хорошее месторасположение, апартаменты очень просторные. При заезде бутылка вина в подарок, что очень приятно, стиральная машина, кофемашина и кухня вся наполена, всей необходисой посудой. Чай и капсулы для кофе машины тоже были в наличии. Туалетная бумага и бумажные полотенца в наличии. В шкафу, в запасе имеются полотенца.

Серые полотенца, одеяла и подушки нужно заменить, сильно грязные, постельное белье серого цвета, впрочем как и полотенца. Уборка в апартаментах очень плохая, полы грязые, тапок и халатов нет с учетом того, что в январе очень холодно. Фена кстати тоже не было. Стены нужно покрасить, а всю мебель хорошенько отмыть. Окна жутко грязные, за шторы я вообще молчу, срочно нужна генеральная уборка и смена постельных принадлежностей и штор.

The apartment is basic at best Concrete rooms with minimal furniture and no decoration whatsoever. It feels like a prison cell with no views. The apartment smells of must and likely isn’t opened often at this time of year to get any air - like sleeping in a basement Bathroom shower had black mold. The shower door seals are old and without using a squeegie mop found in a closet to block the base of the door - taking a shower causes flooding in the bathroom into the living room Attempted to get the mold and shower door addressed by management but despite their messages that it would be - no one ever came A day of heavy rain caused water to pour from the kitchen ceiling all over the counters and floors - as did leaks in bathroom windows sufficient to cause the paint on walls to bubble up Again - messages acknowledged but no one ever came
