אין כיור במטבח, שוטפים כלים במקלחת. רצפת חדר האמבטיה מוצפת אחרי כל מקלחת. המזרון בחדר שינה מלא בכדוריות בד קטנטנות שמורגשות מתחת לסדין. סדק באריחי המקלחת, חלודה, אבנית ורטיבות, נורות שלא עובדות ובכלל מאד לא מתוחזק ונעים.

Удобное месторасположение, приятный вид из окна, все необходимое для проживания: небольшая кухня, свежие чистые полотенца, гели для душа и шампуни. Особо приятный бонус в виде приветственной бутылки вина

Можно немного освежить ремонт, но глобально все отлично

Was pleasantly surprised when we first walked into the room. Looked modern and very pleasant to stay in. Fantastic location too. Would stay again were it not for the water being unsuitable for babies.

The water was not drinkable for babies so we had to use some of the ready-made formula that we had brought with us. Also, the curtain didn't span the whole window. Also, didn't have a washing machine.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! The apartment is generally neglected, with numerous stains, water leaks, and dirt. There is no sink in the kitchen, and sanitary facilities like the shower are in poor condition. The shower cabin is old and leaky. Water is leaking and even a short shower ends up flooding the entire bathroom. Because of that, the bathroom floor was flooded throughout my stay, so going to the toilet meant walking through water every time. The day after my arriving in Tel Aviv, it rained, and the living room ceiling started leaking, so part of the living room floor also flooded. The ceiling leaked where the air conditioning was, meaning water leaked near the electrical wiring. This didn't look safe. The Wi-Fi doesn't work. After resetting the modem, it works briefly, then drops the connection. And it does this every time. The curtains aren't blackout; they let in light. Some of the living room windows can`t be covered at all, so when you turn on the light, one can see everything from outside. Thus, there's no privacy. On the first morning, there was hot water. On the second one, there wasn't. Despite turning on the water heater, after more than half an hour, only cold water was still running, leaving me unable to shower that day. The staff responded to all complaints slowly. I tried to contact them by phone without success – no one answered. The only option left was the Booking.com chat, where I had to wait a long time for each response. I arrived on Wednesday afternoon. I first reported my complaints on Thursday morning, then in the afternoon, and again on Friday morning. After repeated assurances that a technical team would be dispatched, I finally received a reply on Friday afternoon that no one would address the issue until Sunday. My stay was booked until Monday morning. This meant that the owner refused to do anything during my stay. I left the apartment that same day and had to rent another one.

Все хорошо.

Не было раковины на кухне, мыли посуду в ванной. Вода плохо сходила в раковине. Из ванной кабинки вытекала постоянно.

Разрешили заселится на час раньше. Вообщем было не плохо. Чисто самое главное и хорошо работал кондиционер. Уютно. Порадовала кофе-машина с кофе, спасибо)

Мы бронировали на четверых. Но постель была только на одной кровати. На неоднократную просьбу о втором комплекте постельного белья, получили просто игнор. Поэтому спали просто на одеяле(. А еще не отвечают на звонки . Только сообщения и только на Английском.
