Casa Eleganza

Sehr schöne, große und helle Wohnung. Besonders begeistert hat uns der traumhafte Blick auf den Comer See und die umliegenden Berge – einfach atemberaubend. Der eigene Parkplatz ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Vermieterin ist äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Very friendly owner who had maps and where to buy groceries with a rude back to the apartment. Heated floors and all amenities. Very private, great bath and washing machine. Fabulous view. The pictures do not do this stay its rightful justice.

Nil, I loved everything

Accueil très chaleureux par Clélia qui nous a donné de précieux conseils pour découvrir le Lac de Côme (Menaggio, Belaggio, Varenna et les villas), ainsi que de nombreuses informations pratiques: très appréciable, merci! Le logement est spacieux, à la décoration très fleurie, et très bien équipé. La terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur le lac, on aperçoit même la villa Balbaniello du bout du jardin. Quartier paisible et résidentiel, à proximité du centre de Tremezzo et de la villa Carlotta (5 min en voiture- 20 min à pied). Nous aurions bien prolongé notre séjour (4 jours) si la région n'avait pas tant d'autres endroits à découvrir...

A beautiful area, quiet surroundings, a parking place (much appreciated) Possible to proceed by foot to boat boarding place, restaurants, little shops including a bakery. Termezzo is probably the best place to be along the lake - other villages can be more scenic but definitely less appropriate for a stay. The apartment iteself has a lot of space, a nice terrace and is very clean and well equipped. The hostess has been extremely helpful, waiting for us to give the keys and then she gave us an excellent briefing on arrival (she is fluent in french and german) We will probably come back with much pleasure.

Clélia nous a réservé un accueil vraiment chaleureux et dans un français parfait ! Elle nous a donné toutes les infos nécessaires pour la maison, mais aussi plein de conseils pratiques pour profiter au mieux de la magnifique région centrale du lac de Côme.
