Zona conjunta de comedor y cocina amplia. Baño en buen estado

Las fotos no estan actualizadas con la realidad del apartamento dado el desgaste con el paso del tiempo. No se detalla en la descripcion que es un primer piso con los inconvenientes de mas ruido, menos luz etc Muy mala insonorizacion las ventanas que dan al exterior. Terraza sucia Algunas luces fundidas, un colchon en mal estado 2 dormitorios muy pequeños, uno sin ventana a exterior

"With some maintenance this place could be great"

Location good - easily accessible from the metro and close to the old town. Great price.

It really needs some maintenance! All the other reviews are true. - water damage on kitchen ceiling - water damage on bathroom ceiling - mouldy bathroom tiles - mould in kitchen cupboards by dishwasher - cockroach in kitchen - smell of drains in kitchen when you’ve been away for a while - loud: some bedroom windows do not shut, also bedroom fans are low and vibrate other rooms - broken chair (with three legs) in kitchen - two sets of keys but one set didn’t have the front entrance key! Watch out.

El apartamento tiene una excelente calidad-precio. Es bastante grande y cómodo. Su ubicación es perfecta y además tiene una buena calefacción. Todo funcionaba perfectamente.

La televisión podría ser smart-tv

"Estancia acogedor, con todo lo necesario y una buena situación"

La situación era muy buena, cerca del centro y de paradas de bus y metro.

Por poner alguna pega, quizas el baño estaba un pelín dejado. Había humedades y le faltaba un poco de limpieza

"Amazing find! Perfect for groups"

It was amazing. Great location and easy check in. The apartment is huge!!!! 3 big double bedrooms, terrace and huge living room and separate kitchen. For a group of friends with a dog it was perfect. I’d stay again with no hesitation

Nothing - yeah the bathroom ceiling needs painting but who cares if the apartment is great value for money
