Needed better information about access to the property BEFORE we arrived.

Upon arriving at the property, we met the owner who had arranged to meet us to handover the keys and finalise any paperwork. The apartment was very clean and tidy. It was furnished to a comfy standard and the finish of the apartment was modern yet homely. There are four bedrooms in the apartment all with comfy mattresses. The bathroom/shower were modern and the shower had great pressure. The kitchen had excellent facilities, we even ate in one night and made full use of the kitchen. I was pretty impressed with the terrace outside where there was a table big enough to host dinner for the evening.

The apartment wasn't directly in the middle of the city, I knew this before booking, but only a 5-10 minute walk away. There was also a metro stop close by if you needed to get to other areas of the city centre. There could have been more drinking glasses within the apartment as we had to use odd glasses for wine with the dinner.

It had 4 bedrooms and an outside terrace. It was as clean. Air con was good.

No kettle. Toilet seat was wonky. Light fittings were hanging off the ceiling, empty sweet wrappers in one of the lobby boxes (no idea why), no keys for safe. Some of the crockery was chipped, the armchair was broken, one of the beds was really creaky, shutters didn’t lock properly, patio door lock was temperamental (so didn’t use it). Would have liked the outside umbrella lights to work. Overall, the apartment looked tired and would benefit from a few small improvements and care to make it super!

Location to center trains etc was 👍 good space and comfortable

Trying to find the right door was difficult could have been better instructions got no replies on messaging on my last two texts which would have solved the issue

Only one air conditioning unit in lounge so very hot to sleep. Furniture on terrace not comfortable for relaxing

Excellent terrace. Quiet at night.

No A/C in the bedrooms.
