2 Apartamento TERRAZA Free Wifi

Fully equipped apartment with all kitchenware, new fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, and so on. Everything is in a a good shape, new even, everything working, clean, tidy and enjoyable. The location is great, walking distance from the city center, many restaurants around. The host is friendly and responsive. Great experience overall, I recommend.

Last day some cockroaches flew in, but I believe they came from outside the apartment and not the fault of the host. Also this is a residency building not suitable for night long parties, no noise allowed after 11 PM, if it is your thing. It fitted us actually.

The position

We had a lot of issues in this house, electrical faults, plumbing problems, leaking washing machine, the kitchen was empty we found very hard to cook, super expensive for the quality of the service, The owner of this place is just after money and has poor customer service, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

The apartment itself is good, comfortable beds, really good location: 15 minutes walk to the old town, an excellent supermarket around the corner 5 minutes away. Nice terrace in the inner courtyard. The defective refrigerator was quickly replaced by the landlord.

Definitely not recommended in winter, as the electrical system (main fuse) is not designed for heating, hot water and a stove or coffee machine simultaneous. Is it better with air conditioning in the summer? I don't know. You always have to choose which device you use and switch of the rest ... really stressful and spoiled or holiday joy noticably! One bedroom without window. No good value-for-money ratio.

The apartment was comfortable and well located and we were lucky to get the apartment with a late booking.

The refrigerator did not work and needs replacing. The toilet continuously ran water. The fan in the top left bedroom made a lot of noise when on high.

The flat is quite big, not far from the old city center. But... unfortunately, that's the only part we liked.

The most important, the flat was quite dirty and full of cockroaches, especially in the bathroom and kitchen. This is totally unacceptable - my advice - DO NOT STAY IN THIS FLAT!!! When we arrived, we didn't have any instructions, only a phone number. I needed to call them 3 times before someone answered. Then someone opened the door. In the flat, 2 cleaning ladies were still there. The owner agreed that our arrival time will be 3 PM, so the cleaning process was supposed to be done... The fridge was stinky and was not cooling anything - just a piece of furniture in the kitchen, where the bugs can hide :( The AC is good only in the living area. 3 bedrooms are located quite far, so the AC will not be able to reach them. There are fans in the ceiling, but even at medium speed, there are shaking, so it is quite scary. During the night, there were probably 30 degrees in the bedrooms. Every morning in the flat, it was a very, very bad smell, coming from the kitchen/bathroom area.
