Spacious.. Two bathrooms were a bonus.. Good location

There was a bit of a strange smell.. Although It's not owners fault we had two large cockroaches.. One in each bathroom.. Traps might help

Location excellent- trendy arty area

This was our best stay yet as it felt a bit like a home away from home. The host, Fran, was very good at communicating and being a 3 bedroom unit, we had plenty of space, including a nice outside terrace area to sit. Got some washing done there too and the terrace enabled us to hang our washing in the sun to dry. Good street access with quite a few cafes nearby and walkable from Valencia Nord Station.

There were a few maintenance issues that you would expect in an old building, like the window in the shower of the main bathroom hanging on by one hinge and air conditioning leaking. However, once reported, Fran was responsive and straight onto it. Nothing affected our stay too much and we loved Valencia.

Fran was so helpful with many questions I had. The location was excellent, close enough to walk to the centre but plenty of places to eat and drink and local supermarket.Spacious apartment and loved the roof terrace. Initial access is by calling a number and the doors open automatically. I was a little concerned about this but it worked perfectly!
