Расположение великолепное , самый центр. Рядом много магазинов и кафе. Все в пешей доступности.На кухне был разовый кухоный набор с моющим и губками. Есть лифт. В квартире чисто и есть кондиционер.

Очень мало посуды. Не было штопора.

Puntualità, pulizia, rapporto qualità prezzo. Vicinanza alla metro e alla stazione del nord, circondato da una moltitudine di ristoranti tipici. Facilità a comunicare con la struttura.

Vi è solo uno split in camera da letto e purtroppo se fa' freddo la zona giorno è sacrificata, un dual split risolverebbe tutto.

Posizione, spazi, ascensore, microonde

Bidet inservibile nonostante segnalazione tempestiva e dichiarazione da parte gestore di aver risolto. Pavimento cucina dissestato nel mezzo, facile inciampare quindi potenzialmente pericoloso per cadute.

"Great location, but sad flat that could be great with minor changes"

Very very central location, well-equipped flat, good wifi.

Flat is quite sad, could use some renovation (new floor, white paint, merge living room/kitchen). Elevator was broken on arrival so had to go up 6 floors, but was fixed later. Called 30 mins before as instructed but still had to wait 15 mins on arrival for the keys. Were asked to pay via a payment link before arrival which seemed dodgy. They add an extra 50€ deposit that they'll keep if you don't clean your dishes. Beds were too soft and the blankets were not enough for the cold days.
