You have to clean or they dont return your deposit. No working wifi. No amenities. Host is not responding to messages. You sleep on sunbed wery unconfortable see photo. Wery greedy owner tries to take your deposit every way he can and there is nothing in the flat.

Posizione comodissima, nel cuore della città vecchia, la parte migliore! Appartamento grande e comodo, con tutti i comfort. Super consigliato se volete stare nella movida (invece se volete fare mare: considerate 30-40 minuti con i mezzi per arrivarci).

Gli ultimi giorni non andava il modem del Wi-Fi ma non dipendeva da loro: avrebbero anche risolto il problema ma essendo nel weekend non c’era il tecnico. Altra cosa poco comoda: il fatto che la chiave fosse da ritirare in un ostello non proprio vicinissimo alla casa, un po’ scomodo se avete valigie grosse da portare in giro.

Very disappointing stay. After the first day, we had no hot water for the rest of our time in the apartment. I contacted the property immediately via WhatsApp and through Booking, but the only reply was that “a technician would come,” which never resulted in any real solution. Each time, I was told to wait for the water heater to “refill,” but hot water never returned. It is unacceptable for a property in Europe, which advertises basic amenities like hot water, to fail to provide them — and even worse, to show no genuine effort in resolving the issue. We left without ever being able to take a shower.

the appartment needs abit of love.

- very spacious apartment - it was clean - good location - good contact with owners - quiet

- lack of coffee, tea, teapot in the kitchen - cards in the apartment that if you do not wash dishes, they will not return 50 euro deposit. - dark towels should be changed to white - very cold apartment - first night and day was super cold, even though there is Air Condition it mostly warm up only living room, without bedroom, radiators are cold. - one roll of toilet paper in the apartment for the whole stay - there should be a proper duvet that can have a proper sheet on it. It was the very light duvet for cold apartment only and the sheet was used under it to not touch it. It is not hygienic, I do not think they wash it after every guests, only changing the sheet under it.
