Nice aparment, great location.

Complicated to pay and demand for 50€ damage deposit just before arrival. Sheet too small for bed.

The location was excellent. In the middle of the old town, the most beautiful squares of the market are a few steps away. Clean and spacious apartment. Everything was great.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable.

The location was very good, close to the metro with a direct line to the airport and many buses. Walking distance to the old city center. As it is close in the center, it is rather noisy in the evenings / nights so that is important to know.

We would not go again to this place. 1) The beds are very bad, feels more like a hammock rather than a bed. 2) way of hosting is very 'basic', only 1 toilet paper for 4 days and they charge 10 euro per hour if you arrive later than 8pm without telling it in advance. At they end they did not charge as I complained but checking-in is bit of a hassle as there is no reception and only possible until 23.00pm if you pay extra. 3) it's an old building / facilities so for instance water of the sinks does not go away (take about half an hour).

The location - the apartment was near everything.

1. The apartment was dirty, the bathroom sink was blocked. The floor was dirty. One of the cups had cigarette ash at the bottom. The T&C indicated that the hosts would keep the E50 deposit if dirty dishes were left. I therefore had to wash the cigarette ash of the cup before I left. 2. There was not enough dishwashing detergent to wash the dishes. But there was loads of floor cleaning agent and window cleaner available! 3. When I booked it, most of the instructions were in English except the one about a 10 Euro fee if I checked in after 7.30pm. This should have been provided in English like the rest of the information. I believe this was designed to trick non-Spanish speaking tourists. 4. There was no kettle. 5. There was too much furniture in the living area, hard to walk around the table. 6. The hosts did not reply to multiple phonecalls or e-mail when I wanted to ask how to operate the blinds. I had to ask someone on the street. 7. The sheets on the bed were too small, the bottom sheet kept coming off.

The location is perfect, with lots of bars and restaurants and close to the metro and tram station.

We didn't like the bed, the mattress is very soft and unconfortable.

Apartment was spacious, well located and well equipped. I certainly would not have an issue staying for a week in this apartment.

The negative marks are largely to do with the check-in. The employee was very angry and said we "owed him a beer" since he had been at the property for 45 minutes. I gave very clear indications via message how close we were and our ETA, but I believe that was mis-relayed to the employee who thought we would arrive sooner. He made us both feel uncomfortable and had a generally chaotic energy. At the end of the day, if there was a door code or lock box, this could have all been avoided.
