Overall location was good. Close to city center / old town, restaurants, shopping. Easy to walk to around. Second bedroom was helpful for storage. Host response to a couple of minor issues was exceptional. Having a washing machine and oven, along with adequate cookware / utensils, were great.

We did not realize that when we booked the property that there was a weekend nightclub right across the street. Although the music from inside the club wasn't audible, the people that frequented the club were loud and obnoxious from midnight to 7 am. That coupled with the single-paned windows, made sleeping difficult on those days.

The location of the apartment itself is great. It is a very short stroll to local bars and cafes in Russafa, a short walk to the old town, and there are great connections close to places all over Valencia. The tram down the road takes you to the city of sciences, planetarium and oceanarium in 4 stops only. There is a bus stop on the next main road, from where the 92 bus takes you directly to the marina. Xativa metro station is a 10 minutes walk away and takes you directly to the airport. It's the perfect location for a long weekend trip with backpacks only. Communication with the owners was great.

Not a problem for us but if you have mobility issues, the steep stairs to the 3rd floor might be a problem. We did stay in early January and it showed that the apartment is not too well insulated, so we had to run the air cons to warm the place which environmentally is not the best thing. As others have mentioned, there are pigeons nesting to the back of the property and they can become vocal at times.

Location is great, apartment is spacious. We've really liked area, and quality of the rooms. I would recommend that place to anyone visiting Valencia. I might get back some other time. A lot of bars, restaurants in the area or shop if you would need anything.

Excellent location, nice apartment with comfortable beds. 10 minute walk to Xativa metro stop which is very central and takes you to the airport directly. Management was very responsive to WhatsApp inquiries and helpful when needed. Note that the registration process can’t be completed until the day before arrival, and the key code is shared on the day of arrival.

Some noise from pigeons if windows are open at night. Shower gel and hand soap was in very short supply and poor quality. But these were small things.

Everything was great, a big apartment with all the needed facilities.

The only problem with this location is that there are a lot of pigeons in the nearby building, and they are so loud.
