It was easy to find the property and to do the check in. The information was shared by whats app with all details such as address, keys codes and additional info about the property.

The building next to the property has a lot of pigeons, it's pretty disgusting. They make some noise at night and you could even see dead pigeons. I understand this is in the other property, but it's not a nice view and cleanliness

The apartment is nicely arranged, same as in pictures, the main reason we choose it.

There is a construction zone 20 m away from apartment, which means noise and dust. The neighborhood is not what I expected. We choose this apartment instead of a more central one for the extra space it offered, but this turn out to be the biggest problem. Bedrooms are small, living room is big but air conditioning is not working in the living!!! Maybe is ok in the winter time, but when outside are 33-34 degrees, due to heat accumulated in the walls during the day time, evening is hotter inside than outside. We cannot let the windows open when leaving the apartment (while we closed the air conditioned), because one of them was inside the closed balcony, where the units of air conditioned were installed, so there were 50 degrees.. Bottom line is we paid for a big apartment, but mostly we used only the bedrooms. We come in Valencia from Madrid, where we had a much comfy apartment, more central and at a better price. This is why i consider this to be highly overrated.

From the beginning of the reservation, which I made more than half a year in advance, until entering the accommodation and staying there, I had the feeling that the organization that manages the accommodation is good. They were very organized. I had all the answers I was looking for very quickly. The accommodation is in a good location for those who want to experience a stay in the city but also visit the beaches. I liked that the annoyances that people had previously commented on such as the noise from the pigeons had been removed. During the time we spent in the accommodation, we had no problem with noise, even though there is a construction site right next to it, as well as a night club. The photos attached to the booking correspond to reality. I was especially happy that it turned out that the stairs leading to the apartment are not at all as scary as they seemed to me in the comments. is that they are steep and steep, but it is not difficult to walk on them. at least for us who are 160cm haha I'm glad we were on the top floor because then those who go to their apartments don't have to pass in front of our door and therefore there is no noise. I would recommend everyone to rent bikes in this street from a shop called Go VLC because they are great and a great way to get around beautiful Valencia.

The following lines are not a reason not to book this accommodation, they are just comments to the accommodation organization that they can work on to improve the user experience. 1. the fight against ants (this is a problem that is difficult to eradicate because it is an old building. in addition, do not leave absolutely anything in the kitchen from food and be sure to wipe everything after eating and close the garbage can. it is best to deal with it immediately garbage with you. 2. probably related to this problem, there was one problem that we didn't report and that was a terrible stench in one of the two rooms. Namely, the vinegar that is used against ants (probably) got so deep into the pores of one of the two rooms in the apartment, that it was really very smelly. Fortunately, we didn't stay in the apartment much but this is something that would be good to eradicate because it is annoying. 3. although there are even 3. air conditioners in the apartment, it is very difficult to cools the whole apartment because the insulation is not good (old construction) and the ceilings are very high 4. more light is missing in the bathroom (maybe this is great for someone, but it would be good if there was an option to add lights so that some things could be done require additional lights)
