"Disappointed with accomodation."

No wardrobe in 2nd bedroom. Lift was out of order for whole of our stay. Had to carry luggage up 2 flights of stair. Kettle did not work so had to phone for replacement. Floor of apartment was so dusty made your feet dirty. Disappointed bathroom door did not open fully. Only 3x teaspoons!!

Clean and spacious apartment, all facilities and great locations. We have left our luggage in the hotel managed by the company and it was great to explore the city few more hours without luggage. Friendly communication.

The AC wasn't working in heating mode, and it was colder inside than outside (we visited in January). The hosts provided us with extra blankets. I suppose that during winter, the AC should be able to heat the rooms
