Good location

Very clean and spacious apartment. Right in the city centre

TV remote control and hair dryer weren't working

It was a good location, not far from centre

The first day we arrived, no one was prepared for our arrival, which meant that the apartment wasn't prepped with pillows, duvets, and more. Secondly, at the time of arriving their was no electricity, which meant that we had no AC on a very hot day and we couldn't charge our phones and more. We had called the person in charge stating our problems regarding the AC in which he'd promised us a refund if the electricity doesn't come back withing the next 10minutes, however it took another few which it lasted for 2hours and then the power went again. We called customer services for a refund in which they refused and cut the line off. Moreover, the kettle, hairdryer, and iron weren't working at all , and the shower drain was blocked, so after 2 minutes of showering, it would be all full and overflowing. We were also left with 2 toilet rolls for 5 nights, and no one came to change our bins. Absolutely disgraceful.

Bins not emptied and no bin bags to replace. Kettle and toaster didn’t work

Location was very good.

Apartment was not prepared for guests. When we came, there were only 5 bedsheets and when we asked for one more we got only pillow. They confirmed they already brought cover and towels for 6th person and brought us those next day even it was urgent (one person had to use small towels after shower and had to share bed cover with friend and night was very cold). Also the water heater in bathroom was not working so instead to shower and relax when we came, we had to wait a person to change it and then to wait for hot water (so we were able to shower and relax 5 hours later). Window in the living room was also blocked, so the carpetener was repairing it next day. Addionaly, WiFi was very bad and working only in some parts of apartment.

The location is perfect, and the view on the terrace was beautiful, the price is fine.

The beds are uncomfortable. When we booked the room, the terrace was shown as a part of the apartment, apparently it is not, it's very deceiving from the pictures of the advertisement. You need to take the stairs to go to terrelace. The apartment has bugs and some people wanted to disinfect the apartment while we were staying there, which has to be done before arrival. The kitchen is very bad, the pan was burn and lack of oil, salt, nepkins. Iron was throwing some black things from inside and hair dryer was broken.

THERE IS NO SHOWER CURTAIN THE BATHROOM IS GETTING AREAL MESS AFTER SHOWER. WATER PRESSURE IN FLUSS VERY LOW. THE REAL DISTURBING THING IS THAT THERE ARE COCKROACHES ON THE KITCHEN SELVES. EVEN ON THE FRIDGE DOOR
