Attentie van water en koekjes bij aankomst, aanwezigheid van adapter van stopcontact. Ligging. Sorteren van afval wordt gemakkelijk gemaakt.

Lift werkte niet, was hele klim naar 4de verdieping. Gordijnen slaapkamer verduisteren weinig. Wasbak badkamer nogal klein.

Posizione e gusto estetico

Sicuramente la qualità dell'arredo, dell'attrezzatura della cucina super usata e rovinata, prodotti nel bagno basici e di scarsa qualità. Nell'insieme carina ma solo a prima vista.

Place is the best for us

Elevator was out of order and it was very difficult to bring 20kg luggage to the 4th floor. Nobody informed us upfront. Condition was another problem, especially in the bedroom. Very noisy, pushing cold air straight to your face and still it was wet and hot in the room. Conditions smelled like was never cleaned.

Gute, stadtzentrale Lage (keine Parkplätze); ganze Wohnung gemietet, geteilte Dachterasse mit schöner Aussicht, Sauber, Betten sehr bequem

Fahrstuhl vorhanden aber dieser fährt sehr langsam, Dachterrasse ohne Sonnenschirm bzw. Schattenschutz

The lift stopped working. We stayed on 4th Floor and once it stopped working it stopped our ability to go out again once we had managed to get back . This issue was most disappointing. I think we deserve some refund. Getting down the stairs with our suitcases at the end of our stay was extremely difficult. We are both nearing 70 .
