Location was great to visit Valletta

No linen / towel change for 2 weeks , even after contacting supervisor , who assured it would be done . Horrible smell coming in our room regularly , we called and they came and said it was “ Malta”

Location was excellent, central and quiet with good views to the harbour from the 4th floor and terrace. The flat was spacious, well appointed in terms of furniture. Bathroom was clean and spacious, the shower was feeble in terms of water flow. All clean on arrival.

However there seemed to be a problem with the AC - it kept switching itself on spontaneously although switched off at the remote. It was a bit annoying. Maintenance staff came twice to try to sort it with no success. Very basic and limited amount of crockery, cutlery and cooking facilities - 1 wine glass, 2 mugs although the flat could host 4 people. Bedding looked tired and one set definitely not fresh.

Although as near as dam it at the bottom of one of the many hills in Malta the location was perfect for me, being just a 5 mins walk to all areas in the wonderful city of Valletta.

Bed and bedding grubby, needs new and fresh bedding. bathroom mixer tap changing and definitely shower sorting. ideal for single person or couple but no more than that, the place needs refreshing throughout . lack of utensils!! and iron needs replacing, cable not safe!!
