Duncan the owner allowed us to check in early which was very helpful. Bedding was very clean which was at odds with the rest of the property.

The property was tired and grubby. There was a lack of instructions for appliances and the heating system. Unfortunately the owner has been made aware of these issues but has not bothered to do anything about it. We would not stay again and would not recommend in its current state. The property is situated between two roads and is therefore very noisy particularly if the windows were open.

Lovely rooms, plenty of room and all facilities catered for.

Great base for a family gathering in the local area. Accommodation was clean and was a great space to relax in after a long journey (and good value). Will book again if I need to. Thank you

Incredibly comfortable beds and pillows, great location

It's situated right in the middle for all the right places to visit. The many gorgeous villages, Arty towns and the seaside. Lots of National Trust properties to visit and other historical houses and beautiful gardens. Lewes and Tunbridge Wells were amazing. We found people we bumped into very chatty and friendly. The accommodation needs some tending to but I think it's an up and coming project and is great for what you need now. You don't need to bring anything with you, we did because we do but there is everything here. There are plenty of socks ports for charging your phones, banks etc. If we come down this way again we will certainly stay here. Lol

We kept losing our parking spot. Trivial really. No other problems.
