Very nice and clean apartment, well equipped and comfortable. The location is great, supermarkets and restaurants are near. Highly recommended.

The check in process is a little bit complicated, but it was okay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The apartment was lovely, well-equipped, and very reasonably priced for the location. It had great facilities and was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. It was a pleasant surprise to have the option of using a sauna within the building.

The check-in instructions could have been clearer. When collecting the keys, we were given a map but no actual address to enter into the satnav. I would recommend including a full address or using a service like What3Words to pinpoint the apartment location more accurately. Additionally, there was limited information provided about the apartment itself. It would be helpful to have clear details such as: The correct parking space (we spent a while trying to figure out which one was ours). WIFI information (when we initially asked about WIFI the team said there wasn't any but we could see there was) Basic instructions for using the TV. Guidance on what to do if the power goes out. While there was a photo of the electrical box in the folder, it didn’t state where the box was located—which turned out to be in the basement. A note indicating this would have saved time and confusion.

* Excellent location, very close to the ski lift * Clean, with nice new furniture * Comfortable beds

* No WiFi and a very weak / non existent phone signal - a real issue for professionals who do need to check emails and join occasional Zoom call * Only one set of keys (also for the garage), no place to leave them and no way to retrieve them if forgotten in the apartment. For a large family, planning who has the keys and where to leave them is a real hassle. * Only one small soap, no toiletries. * More space / better organized waste collection would be helpful * Heating switches off during the night & no way to control it. This is overall OK (it was not cold), but it is difficult to dry wet clothes.

Walking distance from ski lift!!! And it was not advertised. Why? We could walk something like 300m and jump on the lift with no need to take skibus! Fiber WiFi was extremely fast & reliable.

It's very hard to find correct equipment description as Aurturist Valdaora is an agency renting several different appartments with completely different equipment. We haven't expected dishwasher - got it. We expected bunk bed - got futon, etc. I'd appreciate to clearly state the conditions was sauna - 60 EUR per week of use. Please fix the wifi password, only WPS connect was possible.

Heating could be better. 22,5 is acceptable, but its not great

Location was perfect.

No soap in the bathroom.
