Very good location & facilities. Some basic stuff provided (like dishwasher tabs) which is not so obvious in other apartments.

Check-in procedure in different bulding but close to the property.

The view from the balcony was great!

Bathroom was a bit dated but very clean & functional.

Host was very welcoming and apartment is on great location 2mins to city center. Nice view from the balcony.

Beds were a bit small and both bedrooms. For few days was OK.

Neat, clean, excellent placement

Not all home appliances were working (toaster for instance)

Property was modern and well situated for exploring Valencia on foot.

Property would benefit from a spruce up. Only used iron once - which definitely needs replaced as it tripped the circuit. Also only used toaster once as it also tripped the circuit and only browned half the bread. Had to reset the boiler also when the circuit tripped. Didn't use the oven, hob, dish washer or coffee machine but oven had four controls missing. Microwave used only for a short time but was okay. Washing machine was in good working order.
