Angel (the host) was extremely friendly and helpful when checking in. He gave us lots of info for our first stay in Valencia. The apartment was exactly what we needed too.

Air conditioning did leak.

"Exceptional"

Great location, fantastic wiew! Almost every room has it's own balcony. Very large and wide windows. You can enjoy sunrise and sunset!

"Superb"

The apartment is spacious, very cosy, peaceful, at excellent location (you can reach the city centre on feet), 10min walking from the metro station. The receptionist is extremely polite. Excellent view from the balconies.

Very hot even in September, we had to use the air conditioning almost all time. One of the beds was not very comfortable.

"our stay was good but because of the bathroom I wouldn’t stay there again"

the apartment was a good size ,the host was very friendly and helpful the location was good

when we arrived the air conditioning was broken and we were told it had happened that morning,which I later discovered on looking back past reviews this had been a problem since July ,they came the next day to try and fix it and at least got it working ,as you can see from the photos this is what the bathroom ceiling looked like with a pipe coming from the ceiling into the shower which dripped water all the time
