Precioso atico en pleno centro de Valencia

Emplacement central, terrasse à l'abri, appartement traversant

La terrasse et les chambres qui sont au calme et ne donnent pas sur le grand boulevard.

Très mauvaise odeur persistante dans la salle de bain qui oblige à laisser la porte fermée afin qu'elle ne se répande pas dans tout l'appartement.

La ubicació de l'apartament era bona.

Quart pis sense ascensor. La neteja no era bona. Molta pols acumulada en diversos punts, sobretot en llocs alts. Equipament deficient, dutxa amb una sola mampara i òxid, la pressió de l'aigua era baixa. L'aire acondicionat no funcionava bé, el mando del menjador no funcionava. Al whatsapp de contacte no van respondre a les preguntes. Faltava una tovallola malgrat haver-la demanat. El preu era exagerat per el que oferien.

Excellent location, everything was in easy walking distance. The outside area was excellent.

There were a lot of stairs to reach the apartment.

Location was excellent. Property was clean. Plenty of towels, extra bedding and the kitchen was very well equipped

The apartment was cold. Not much heating. The hot water in the bathroom was not consistant.

The location is great. A few minutes to the old town. Very closer to subway and the bus stop. Terrace is very nice. There are everything to stay a long time like full packed kitchen and bathroom, fast Wi-Fi

Building is old and need to be refreshed especially inside. We lived on the 4th floor. And there is no lift, it’s very hard to get home after party in town) And the main problem is cleaning. There is a lot of dust inside and not enough beddings.
