Locatie was top, bij allerlei voorzieningen: restaurantjes, (banket)bakker, supermarkt. Vervoer met Uber gedaan tussen €5-€10. Verder het appartement met binnenterrasje, schoon, compleet: magnetron, fornuis, koelkast, vaatwasser, wssmachine, goede AC, goede WIFI!

El sofá cama está pegado a la puerta de la calle y las cortinas no tapan del todo y hay mucha claridad. Las cucarachas de Valencia en verano(que hay muchas) y ha aparecido 1 muerta dentro (eso sí tienen un montón de antibichos en el alojamiento)

Good location and spacious.

Full of cockroaches and spiders, we found 7 cockroaches in the 8 days we spent there, it’s crazy. The shower drain was clogged so we had to take showers like really really fast, and the place smells mold.

Location just great. Can walk to all. Restaurants etc near. A lovely local lively atmosphere. Ideal for a short break stay.

Bright curtains, easy to pull would improve the place. There is a humming noise at times in the background, possibly an air vent.

The owner approved our late arrival due to the flight schedule in advance of booking and sent some cryptic instructions on how to find the key. Initially, we entered the lobby of the building next door. Once we realized we were in the wrong property we then looked for the lock box, but in the dark it was not easy to find. Entering the code on the rotating combination lock in the dark was another hurdle. Finally we got in, and the first thing we noticed was a large cockroach crawling along the baseboard in the kitchen. The owner did not provide any bottled water, which is not a big deal, but knowing we were arriving late it would have been a nice gesture. The unit is spacious and has a decent, well equipped kitchen.

This is a dirty, run-down, cockroach-infested apartment. The furnishings are cheap, old and stained, and some of the chairs and falling apart. There is mildew in the shower and there are bug carcasses in the overhead lights. We found cockroaches roaming around the kitchen, and silverfish crawled out of the stained carpet in the bedroom. The AC remote control is taped together. The outdoor patio is filthy and unusable with a broken down bench. The lighting is dim, unlike the pictures in the listing, and the carpets and chairs are stained and disgusting. The ceiling is rotting from water damage and there is tape over an ominous 6-inch hole in the ceiling. We reported the cockroach problem to the owner on day one and he said he would send someone to take care of it, but nobody showed up. We took photos and videos of huge cockroaches roaming through the kitchen and left a dead cockroach under a tissue for the owner to see, but he never even responded. Although he acted surprised in the text exchange, it is clear they know they have a problem because we found roach traps under the bed. This place needs to be gutted, furniture and all. I would never recommend or stay here again.
