Habana Apartment

Good location, near metro station and busses, lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Clean, nicely furnished, comfy bed, equipped kitchen, and little terrace were we had breakfast and a cup of wine in the evenings.

Refrigerator and washing machine. There was enough cutlery and kitchen supplies

Shower always got the floor wet. Difficult to keep terrace clean. Could have provided more toilet tissue and towels

Good location. Everything you need for longer staying. Very cozy apartment.

Neighbors get noisy very early.

Location is great (Bioparc 18 min on foot, metro station 4 min, bus station and grocery 3 min). Spacy apartment, keys in the key lock waiting for us (we arrived at 1am), bed comfortable, nice terrace. Vicinity of the road is not problematic, not noisy. The end of May is ideal timing to visit Valencia, not so hot, not crowded with tourists.

Some small maintenance repairment needed (shower, drawers) but nothing drastical. Kitchen is equipped basically (for breakfast) but we ate outside throughout the day.

Comfortable and quite large apartment very close to the center. Metro and shops were also close. We did not meet the owner, but all questions were answered quickly.

The location of the apartment was nice and it was spacious and clean, Check-in was easy and we could receive the key earlier while the cleaner was there and drop also our luggages which was handy. There is plenty of nice bars and restaurants close by where you can dine/eat with locals and have good price and quality food. The Center is within walking distance but if you want to explore more of Valencia I would recommend renting a bike. There is a small patio although not very sunny at least not this time of the year but nice to sit there for breakfast or drinks. I think for this size, quality and location of the apartment, the price-quality of the place was good.

the neighbor upstairs managed to be extremely noisy early in the mornings not sure if this is always the case, and since I am a very light sleeper I could hear her/their airco keeping noise.
