The location, very clean apartment, fully equipped with the necessary stuff

The bed wasn't that comfortable

The location, the size of the apartment and the fact is has good natural lighting.

We had to wait almost 3 hours for the person in charge to send us the instructions on how to get into the apartment. We left 4 unanswered calls in his answering service and when he finally answered he was quite rude. The worst part is that we made the reservation days in advance, so he could have sent us the instructions by mail before our arrival. Also, the place needs a thorugh clean up. The frying pan was disgusting and the bathroom has only been cleaned superficially for a few months. The bed was comfortable but VERY noisy.

Easy access from the train station, right in the busy area of Valencia, close to restaurants and landmarks. The room was big and spacious with lots of appliances. The bed was comfy, but it made noises when getting in or out of bed. The location was great and it has wifi. The host answered quickly, but only in Spanish.

However, the location has a big minus. We were a family with a baby and apparently the apartment is right above a bar. You could hear the music and chatter until late at night. Which is fine if you are too tired or too young :) The apartment has great appliances, but it would be nice to have some basics to actually use them (like coffee, some sugar or oil for cooking). The bathroom had a bad smell and the kitchen didn't have any towels or sponges to use (they were left on top of the garbage bin, we didn't use them to wash dishes as it didn't look sanitary). If you have a baby, especially a crawler, I would not recommend this apartment, as it is not child proof. It's perfect for couples, young people.

I liked that the apartment is located in the historic center where you just need to walk to tourist attraction areas

1) The apartment floor is just on top of a disco club house, so get ready to have a sleepless nights on weekends. The noise coming from the disco club is unbearable. 2) And the shower holder need to be fixed. 3) The bed makes lots of noise
