Good location, convient to walk to down town, not far from metro station. Air conditioning works well. Bed is confortable.

Cleanliness can be improved in the kitchen. Shower space has unpleasant smells. There’s dish machine which seems broken. Washing machine works, but cleanliness is worried since there are insect and dirty stuff.

Location is good, metro and bus stops are within 5-10 min walking distance. A couple of small shops and restaurants nearby The living area was large. There is a fridge, oven with hob, kettle. There was a washing machine but we did not use it. The dishwasher was taped shut so probably does not work. Bedroom was small but quiet and comfortable. Air conditioning in both rooms.

The hot water boiler is positioned in the bedroom so you can hear it when water is heating up. When we arrived, there was a very strong sewer smell throughout the apartment. Maybe because it was not used for some time. After we started showering, the smell became more bearable but generally - it never disappeared. The fan in the bathroom did not work so bathroom cannot dry properly as there were no windows. We only had 2 sets of towels, although we have informed the host we are coming with a 5y old child.

The one-bedroom flat is very clean and in a great location. Our host Dante was extremely helpful and so kind.❣️

The only remark - it's above a night club which works until 3-4 in the morning, but if You want to sleep early than don't stay in the oldtown or bring earplugs🤗

The location in the old town was wonderful - lots of character and great street views. Opposite the beautiful art college.

Above a bar so noisy at nights but still a great location
