Appartamento come nelle foto e da descrizione. Ottima posizione, centralissimo a tutti i punti di interesse

Peccato per la puzza di fogna in bagno. Assenza di prodotti per la doccia (bagno schiuma, shampoo, ecc)

I appreciated the friendly staff who greeted me warmly, and the apartment’s location was truly unbeatable—right in the heart of Valencia, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport.

Unfortunately, the positives were far outweighed by a litany of problems: the unit was in poor condition and clearly overdue for a total makeover. The floor was cracked, the walls were badly painted, and the lighting fixtures felt cheap and flimsy. Several items hung loosely on the walls, and I even had to kill three cockroaches during my stay. The furniture was broken, the washing machine emitted a foul odor, and the dishwasher was sealed off, completely unusable—not even replaced with a new one. It was evident the property was built cheaply for profit rather than with any care or love. On top of all that, the price was far too high for what was offered. I received no photos of the actual apartment I booked—only images of another unit—making it clear why the listing felt misleading. Unless the place undergoes a thorough, high‑quality renovation, there’s no value for money here.

La ubicación

El alojamiento justo debajo tiene un boliche en el q se presentan bandas en vivo por lo cual había ruido y música hasta tarde en la noche. Por otro lado habían muchas cucarachas en el alojamiento. Le mandé un mensaje al host diciéndole q el hervidor eléctrico no funcionaba y nunca me contestó.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Sie ist grosszügig und hat alles was man braucht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter was freundlich und unsere Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet.

Wenn die Klimaanlage nicht lief, roch es aus den Abflüssen und der Toilette unangenehm.
