Apartamento La Reina

Everything was correct and clean. Apartment is close to the beach and some other small spots where you could go out and grab a bite. Stuff was also very welcoming and helpful

Only issue (not with the property but building) lights and elevator didn’t work the whole stay which most of the time was not the problem except when we had to bring our bags up and down 4 floors.

Spacious, clean and well equipped apartment a good location. Easy access to beach, restaurants, supermarket and metro.

Location, close to the port and beach, good connection with public transportation to the airport and city center. A lot of small restaurants and coffee shops around.

Bad Internet connection and key needed to be picked up in the city center, not so close to the apartment.

Good location. Accessible. Close to public transport and the beach. Clean and well equipped apartment. We really enjoyed our time there! The key pick up is at a different location, however it did not bother us. Àngel who met us at the office was very helpful. He gave us great tips on what to see in the city. We were very happy with this choice of accommodation.

Amazing location, very nice neighborhood with plenty of cafes and restaurants. Apartment is nice, well equipped, very comfortable beds and the apartment is super sunny. Also close to the beach!

Unfortunately to pick up the keys on arrival we had to travel to the different place than the location of the apartment.

It is in a nice location with a supermarket nearby and the bus stop in front of the building.

The apartment we stayed in was okay. Not enough toilet paper, no shampoo or shower soap, but a supermarket is really nearby, so not a big deal. So why the bad review? When we arrived on the 31st of December the glass of the table in the kitchen was broken. We immediately contacted the 24 hours emergency contact and someone told us they would be with us within the next 45 minutes. We also discovered black hair on the sheets in the bedroom and on the floor in the bathroom. After waiting an hour, we contacted them again and the person told us, that they thought they wouldn't need to come. So not only did we wait an hour on new years eve for someone who didn't show up, we also had dirty sheets and glass all over the floor (we cleaned up with a broom by ourselves). A while later, someone brought us new sheets but nobody came to check the table. The next day I received a message from Beds and Breaks and now the highlight: They blamed us for the broken table! How come? My sister in law, who lives in Valencia, was nice enough to pick up the keys before our arrival, since the person didn't want to wait so long for us, since we arrived after 6 pm and it was new years eve! So their story is, my sister in law entered the room, broke the table and locked the room and left! It was not possible to reason with Beds and Breaks (the name fits to the situation) and also every other complaint we had (dirty sheets, bad smell in the apartment for days) was always met with the same answer: It is not possible, our standards are high. Well, maybe they are normally, but in our case something definitely went completely wrong and Beds and Breaks didn't really try to solve any of them. Booking told us, all we can do is to write a bad review. This does not give us back the 200 euros deposit Beds and Breaks kept for the table WE DID NOT BREAK, but well, lesson learned.
