"Great Location, worst service ever"

need to pick up the keyes at total different location on the other side of Valencia they have no flexibility whatsoever old property despite being lightly renovated keys don't works properly

Location

Bad smell in the whole apartment, dirty sheets, broken kitchen furnitures. Collecting keys is far away from the place. They don’t show you the apartment before you and sign and pay, so they can blame you easily for any damage and keep the 200€ deposit.

The flat is on the top floor so you don't hear any neighbours, it's also quite big and really comfortable. The staff was available and responsive via WhatsApp. Location was great, lots of public transports and close to the beach

Just one thing - I arrived at 1 am and it would have been nice to have some shower gel available.

"Perfect 🤩"

This property had everything we needed and more! There was a dishwasher and a couple of tablets so no washing up, there was also a washing machine so we came home with clean clothes..bonus. Everything was really local, beach, tram, marina. Perfect location for us. The Calma Beach restaurant kind of below the apartment was a great place to eat and drink.

There was only one toilet roll which was ok if you’re just there for a long weekend but we had a full week booked. I had read this in the reviews and in all honesty it was less than 2€ for a park of 4 from the local shop.

Very nicely furnished apartment. Comfortable beds. Great contact with the renter (Angel). The apartment is located close to a tram and bus stop. The main beach is about 800 meters away. I recommend this apartment 😀

the apartment is very complete, very clean and comfortable. we love how near it is from the beach and from the ciutat d artes i ciencias. the place has public transport nearby to get to places like the main city or malvarosa or the oceanografic. overall, it's excellent. we are surely gonna stay here again the next time we visit Valencia.

they left us just one tissue paper in the toilet for the whole 4-day stay. but all in all nothing really bad.
