Clean, location

Difficult to open the building door, the key doesn’t work properly,

The location of the apartment is excellent, walking distance to main attractions, restaurants and places of interest. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. Beds are comfortable.

The key to enter the building practically does not work. You need to fiddle with the lock for 5 - 10 minutes and if you are not lucky, you have to wait for someone to leave the building to be able to enter, We were told it was the matter for all neighbours to agree to change the locks and therefore it was outside the Beds and Breaks control, but nevertheless it was annoying.

The location is simply the best and the balcony is super cute, also very nice and helpful staff

There were some hair pieces in the shower when we got there and mold/limescale in some corners around the shower which were a bit disappointing. Also it was a bit tricky to use the key downstairs, pay attention when they explain it to you at checkin.

We are in the heart of the city centre of Valencia known for its proximity to the Torres de Serranos, one of the gates of the city’s old medieval wall. An amazing site in an amazing city. The city centre has not been affected by the recent DANA and is safe to come and enjoy it's culture and history. We are staying in an amazing apartment called Beds & Breaks Gade www.bedsandbreaks.com.

We liked everything about the apartment, except we could have had more pillows for the beds, 1 not enough for me. The tv in the lounge could have been a smart tv, a little outdated for us to have english tv. Nothing really major.

the entrance door lock was damaged n it was extremely difficult to unlock. we needed help so we were scared to go.out in case we could not get iback in. shower head needed tightening

the location was excellent, it's located in the city centre, you can reach almost everything by walking

the neighbours seemed to don't like strangers, so they put papers on the doors and on the lift. The receptionist told us about this situation and told us to not worry about it.

The apartment has not been well ventilated and smells because the bathroom "window" opens to the living area. When we stayed there, there was scaffolding on the front which we were not aware of and informed about. This poses a safety/security risk and was a pity because we couldn't just leave the windows/doors open to ventilate during the day or evening while sleeping. The redeeming quality is the location of the apartment.

The beds were so comfortable and the shower was sensational!

The downstairs door had an issue with the lock and on a couple of occasions we were trapped outside for a long time trying to get in. We did get in eventually but it was an annoyance.
