Cool Loft Malvarrosa Beach

We are a family of 4, travelling with a a toddler and a 3 month old during our travels end of Oct. Before and during our stay, Javi was a fantastic host, making sure we had everything we needed to make our holidays stress'free e.g. he provided a foldable stroller for our eldest and a bathtub for the baby. Communication-wise, everything was impeccable. The flat itself is perfect for a family. It's spacious, the terrace is big, nicely decorated and kid-friendly, there are plenty of restaurants in the area and it's really close to the beach. We loved being able to put the kids to bed in the evenings and enjoy a glass of wine while the other parent went to pick up dinner at the Mercabanyal 😊 Also, loads of options (tram, bus) to go sightseeing.

The below is more as a heads up and not a negative comment on our rental! 1. The staircase is really tight which makes it a bit difficult to carry a stroller for example (there's no elevator). 2. The area can be very noisy at night, especially during public holidays or the weekend. Nevertheless, our kids slept like angels despite the annoying neighbour who hosted a karaoke show until 4 a.m. or the turmoil coming from the restaurants and the street (bedrooms are on the street side).

Ładne mieszkanie, słoneczny taras, dwie sypialnie i livingroom, przestronna łazienka. Do dyspozycji gości wszystko co niezbędne. Bardzo miły gospodarz, czekał na nasze przybycie około 22.00. Opowiedział nam wszystko to okolicy i atrakcjach miasta, udzielił porad i wskazówek, pomógł w rezerwacji taxi z lotniska. Bardzo blisko do plaży.

Wieczorem i długo w nocy hałas z restauracji na dole. Sa pod mieszkaniem (jest ono na 1. piętrze) - szczególnie w weekend.

Javi is an excellent host. He is very welcoming and friendly and told us everything we needed to know about Valencia. He gave us lots of helpful tips regarding sightseeing and restaurants to visit. His apartment is very clean and spacious and so close to the beach and restaurants.

Javi war ein grandioser Host. Er gab uns extrem viele Tipps und Erklärungen zu Valencia. Er wollte sogar Tickets für einen Fussballmatch organisieren, der Match wurde dann aber leider abgesagt. Alles in allem hätten wir uns keinen besseren Host vorstellen können. Das Appartement war sehr toll eingerichtet und der Balkon ist schön gross. Die Lage ist super, da man in wenigen Gehminuten am Strand ist und mit dem ÖV super angeschlossen ist.
