Great location close to sea front promenade, close to excellent metro service, and walking distance to great choice of excellent tapas bars and restaurants.

Javi is a great host. He took time to explain what needs to be seen around and gave very valuable recommendations. He gave us a tour of the flat and helped us with any queries we had. I had difficulty to find a taxi to airport with any app, Javi helped to find one in no time. I am so thankful for that and it was a pleasure to meet him. It is a nice flat with nice furniture we had good time there.

During the weekends the noise from the street can be very very loud. I am guessing the window isolations are not that good especially in bedrooms. We had to sleep in the living room during the weekends. As others also mentioned the staircase is very narrow and it is difficult to go up and down with a stroller.

The apartment was very good and even above our expectations! 😁 Everything was perfect, Valencia is a beautiful city. It feels great in the apartment. The apartment is clean, spacious and close to the beach and public transport. And on top of that, Javi is very welcoming, helpful and warm.

Javier is an incredibly helpful and kind host!! The place is absolutely gorgeous with everything you could need within. Very clean, safe, and the location is absolutely perfect for food, shops and the beach

Sometimes we would get a whiff of low tide from the sea or perhaps sewer but still didn’t phase us 🙃 Bound to happen near the water

apartment is at a Great location, near the beach and Nice restaurants. The terrace is Amazing. Javi is a Great host, Very responsive and helpful.

the apartment is right above a bar and a neighbour with loud music. keep this in mind when you are looking for a quiet place.
