Emplacement d’exception et pour autant calme assuré. Leonard est très chaleureux et accueillant.

Valletta jest niewielka, z mieszkania wszędzie było blisko: do sklepu, do pralni, do przystanku autobusowego. W mieszkaniu działa klimatyzacja, która ratuje życie. Na szczycie kamienicy jest taras z przepięknym widokiem na okolicę. Polecam!

The location in the city was perfect. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The a/c was great and in July we needed it. We also enjoyed the outside spaces- the balcony and roof terrace. We liked the traditional style of the apartment as well. The owner and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. They couldn't have done more for us. Lovely people.

The location was very central to many of the main sites in Valletta and to many restaurants and bars. The roof terrace was a beautiful space for the views and having an evening drink. The owner was helpful, friendly and welcoming and always responsive when we needed to get in touch.

Being in the centre of town, there was often background noise and bell chimes from St. John's every 15 minutes day and night. Only an issue if you are a light sleeper, but the benefits of the location outweighed the noise.

This is a lovely traditional classic Maltese apartment in the epicentre of Valletta, yet quiet not facing the busy Merchant Street. The balcony and particularly the roof terrace have views of the city and harbour that are simply world class. The bed was exceptionally good, with a most comfortable supportive mattress. It is also very reasonably priced given its location. Leonard the owner is very responsive and helpful.

Better quality towels. kitchen crockery, and a more effective fridge would be desirable, but did not detract from our overall satisfaction.

Accommodation in a very good location, comfortable, well equipped, very kind host, fantastic roof terrace

Location was excellent. We loved the balcony from the apartment and the rooftop terrace was superb especially for sunset. Bathroom was great with a lovely shower and plenty of hot water. The bedroom was very comfortable if you like a firm mattress.

We were travelling as 2 friends so not sharing a room. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable and creaky. Some of the kitchen equipment could do with an upgrade ( cracked kettle) and the decor was a little dated but perfectly serviceable. We didn’t mind the 82 steps to the 4th floor but for some people this might be an issue with luggage.

Excellent location, very spacious, good communication with the owner.

It’s an old property with several signs of age but nothing major.
