Loved that view! Couldn’t relax enough on the couch next to the big picture window.

The bar/club with the outdoor patio right next door. It was fine the first night because there was rain. The second night was a beautiful, star- filled sky and full patio of people next door enjoying their Saturday night out past midnight.

It was situated btw 2 bars so very noisy.

The decor of The Regency Studio was amazing, very different and boujee. The facilities were fantastic, a very large, comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. The communication with the owners was fantastic and they were very friendly. Location was second to none. So many good places to eat or get a coffee from. Absolutely brilliant place!

Great location, funky decor, great balcony

Location and building are quite noisy. OK for us for two nights - might have got annoying

Some lack of cleanliness - layers of dust under bed on the mezzanine that could be seen at eye level and cooking trays dirty; noise - heavy footsteps upstairs which makes it hard to sleep as the bed high on mezzanine next to ceiling; hot water - we struggled to get water for the bath - it came out very slowly so ended up heating water in pans on the stove.

Exceptionally clean and well-appointed. The internal decor and furnishing was superb and felt very high-end. Loved the balcony and views… a great place for people watching. The bed on the mezzanine made good use of the space and was very comfy.

A difficult place to heat with such high ceilings. Disappointed that the fireplace wasn’t useable, as this was one of our search criteria on Booking.Com. Property would benefit from secondary/double glazing to help retain heat and prevent road noise, which took some getting used to. The shower was lovely, but leaked during general use and flooded the floor when the ‘boost’ function was used.
