The Regency Studio - Stunning Seaview

Stylish apartment with a great balcony, perfect for a spot of people watching or just looking out to sea.

We loved the design of the studio and the view. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the sunshine watching the sea roll in and the murmur of starlings flying around the pier. Flexible owners kindly allowed us to stay beyond the usual check out time.

No tea towels that we could find and the bathroom towel rail was not heating. Bikes only available Spring and Summer.

It was very cold when we arrived, would have been nice if the heating had been switched on before we arrived.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, clean, comfortable and everything you need is provided from milk, cereal, store cupboard items, and a bottle of bubbly to towels, iron, hairdryer, nice toiletries and games; there's a really lovely attention to detail. Not to mention the view and being SO close to town AND transport to Brighton for just £2 on the stagecoach 700. The bed is a wonderfully comfortable mattress and the duvet and pillows are clean, crisp and soft.

If you're a light sleeper you may struggle, the flat above were very noisy and didn't seem to take a pause, stomping around like they were training a baby elephant for the circus all day and night. It's also single glazed windows on a main road so traffic is loud however you can hear the sea which is really nice.

Amazing decor, great location, no noise from other apartments

Absolutely stunning apartment. Perfect views and amenities. The owners were welcoming and helpful at all times. The apartment has everything you need and more and was super clean. I definitely did not want to leave at the end of our stay.

Great location. Close to the M&S store to shop for groceries. A 15 minute walk to the train station.

We were fortunate to have lots of sunshine and warm temperatures, and the apartment got very warm. Was very limited ventilation and possibilities to it cool down. A ceiling fan might be one solution? Ended up being dropped off at the adress posted (3 Marine Parade) which was not the correct one... Had to walk a few hundred meters to 41 Marine Parade.
