Finca Reloj

We had a great time at Finca Reloj. We stayed there in June 2025 and it was the perfect place for our vacation: Right in the middle of the old town, next to the market. Only thing you have to consider: it’s a whole house and each floor is only a small room from where you get to the next floor wich is also a small room etc. So you have to walk many floors … we didn’t mind that at all… not sure how that works with younger kids or older people. But as I said- it didn’t bother us. The House was clean and the kitchen well equipped. The service of the owner was great… they let us stay for a very late check out without charging anything. Communication was quick and very pleasant. We really enjoyed it.

Great location so central . We loved that every floor had a different use - kitchen , bedroom ,bathroom . Well equipped and great communication with the owner . It was a perfect city break .

The Finca Reloj was a great and lucky find. We called it the vertical apartment in the Casa Azul as you have 5 living floors à 15 sqm and a roof terrasse with a great view over the old city centre of Valencia - just a stonethrow away from the Central Market and pretty much everything else. Erik, the host is super friendly, flexible and accommodating. (One call of my wife for her forgotten Airpods and it was in Luxembourg within 24 hours.) The house/vertical apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (excl dishwasher) plus a washing machine (so you can travel relatively light), very comfortable beds (good IKEA pillows that actually have substance!), nice modern bathroom. We did not use it, but there‘s aircon on every floor, so summers will be nice, too. We had an awesome - yet too short - stay. If the Funca Reloj is available during our next trip, we know we do not want to go elsewhere.

We loved the place fair and square. Just be aware - you walk a lot of stairs (basically stepper training inclusive - elsewhere you need to pay a gym membership!), don‘t forget something in the kitchen (on +1) when you want to eat/drink on the roof terrasse (+6)
