Lovely Apartment!

Excellent location close to Turia Park and direct access to the old city. There are lots of bike hire places close by and the area is quiet and safe at night. Apartment on third floor is really spacious with multiple balconies and a small roof-top terrace. On the couple of times we needed to get in touch, we found Orinda to be extremely responsive and helpful.

Currently lift was not working carrying suitcases up to third floor was extremely heavy and the tree outside was covering some of the views Couldn’t find any English movie channels

The location is great to explore the old town and the broader areas. Easy access to cafes and restaurants, buses to the beach. The apartment has a very spacious living room and kitchen, the bedroom is small but good to sleep at.

The bed was not comfortable, too soft and bouncy. The lift is only for suitcases but was said to be under maintenance so dragging the suitcases up the very narrow stairs very high wasn't cool. We stayed on 1 floor but still had at least 3 flights of stairs. 2 out of 4 days of our stay we couldn't use the aircon as the remote was missing. After non stop messaging to the owner they got it for us. There is a lot of noise from the streets so sleeping with windows open isn't an option.

The accomodation is in a great location, beautiful, comfortable, clean.

Apartman je prostran, udoban, čist i dobro opremljen, u lepoj staroj zgradi. Sve znamenitosti su u blizini, i može se došetati do njih, kao i predivan park napravljen u koritu reke Turije. Autobus broj 95 vozi direktno do plaže, i takođe staje u neposrednoj blizini. Šetnjom kroz park se, za pola sata, stiže do Grada umetnosti i nauke u jednom pravcu, a u suprotnom do Bio parka( ne propustiti ni jedno, ni drugo). Vlasnici su izuzetno ljubazni i od pomoći! Toplo preporučujem!

Sve je bilo u najboljem redu.

Excellent location that is relatively quiet at night. Very spacious apartment. Multiple balconies. Orinda is an excellent attentive host.

Stairs might be an issue for elderly or people with mobility problems. Elevator for luggage only.
