My words cannot express how amazing our stay was! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Everything was absolutely perfect! The whole apartment was extremely clean! 🗣️Check in / check out - Tom is an amazing guest and great person! We loved our stay in this apartment and I can only recommend that you see for yourself. Tom will greet you with his warmth and kindly way and will recommend places to go and to eat. He is also staying in one of the 4 rooms of the apartment but you will only see him rarely, the best thing is that if you need a fresh towel of if the bathroom is wet, he rapidly will solve the situation. 🛁 Sharing bathroom - If you are thinking about the sharing bathroom being an issue, think again… I took the photo after or stay or 6 nights and as you can see is absolutely perfect! There is not even a single hair! 🏡 Space - the apartment has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms, but only 3 rooms are for rent. So sharing a bathroom was absolutely not a big deal, mainly because Tom always kept the bathroom spotless and in one week of our stay I haven’t even find a single hair there! Absolutely amazing! 📍Location - location is perfect, 5 minutes from the beach and the old town of Albufeira. In 5 minutes you can walk to have an amazing breakfast at Riviera Cake shop or an amazing lunch with steaks at Albufeira gourmet churrasqueira. If you fancy a sushi in 2 minutes walking you can get it in Fish tail, they also do take away if you prefer eating in the apartment. For wine I recommend trying a Vinho verde Alvarinho. 💕This place is filled with love and an warm reception from Tom and I hope you book your stay with him because will be your best decision for your holidays! Mala relación calidad precio. Teníamos que compartir departamento con tres desconocidos.. El baño es compartido. No cuenta con elementos adecuados de higiene personal. El segundo día el propietario cerró el baño principal sin explicación previa. Estuvimos esperando dos horas para su uso, En primer lugar porque temiamos por un accidente dentro del baño por parte de algún huésped y en segundo lugar por disponer en ese baño de secador de pelo. Al llamar al propietario no dió una explicación clara del motivo del cierre de ese baño. Si bien había heladera y cocina no teníamos un espacio adecuado para comer. Finalmente la ubicación se encuentra alejada, del centro y de la playa, en subida . Es en tercer piso y por escalera. No apto para personas que no se encuentran en buen estado físico, teniendo en cuenta la subida de los equipajes sin ninguna ayuda. La vista que promociona en la página sólo puede verse desde el pasillo. Los tres pisos de escalera estaban sucios, en mal estado y sin luz. Teniamos que subir de noche con la linterna del celular. He tenido mayor confort en situación de camping.

La posizione.

Siamo due amici, che hanno appena finito l’università, cercavamo un posto bello in cui poter vivere momenti di relax e divertimento. Albufeira è esattamente quello che cercavamo. Durante il soggiorno, abbiamo vissuto un episodio piuttosto spiacevole: il proprietario di casa è uscito sul pianerottolo alle 3:30 del mattino per dirci di rientrare, nonostante in quel momento non stessimo facendo alcun rumore né parlando ad alta voce. Un comportamento invadente e poco rispettoso della privacy degli ospiti. Per quanto riguarda la privacy, l’alloggio può risultare un po’ invadente: quando tutte le stanze sono occupate, diventa difficile anche solo uscire dalla propria camera. Inoltre, non è ben specificato in fase di prenotazione che il proprietario vive nello stesso appartamento, un dettaglio che sarebbe utile chiarire fin da subito.

Tienes muchos lugares de interés muy cerca, tipo supermercado bares parque o se tienes todo para disfrutar de la ciudad. Te puede mover caminando a muchos sitios de la ciudad tipo a la strip dowm.

Lo malo es que el dueño del apartamento vive en casa y te lo encontrarás todo el día allí y eso te hace sentirte vigilado.
