It was a great accomodation in a very centric area. Would definitely stay here again in my next visit. Also the people in charge are quite communicative and make sure you have what you need.

De locatie was echt perfect, midden in Russafa tegen over het welbekende Cafe Berlin. Daarnaast was het appartement van alles voorzien. Het was lekker ruim.

Het (extra)bed was nog niet opgemaakt bij aankomst, echter vonden wij direct het overtrek en hebben wij dit zelf gedaan. Het was dus geen probleem, maar was wel fijn geweest als het wel opgemaakt was.

La vicinanza al centro storico a piedi, vicinanza ai locali e caffetterie,check in comodissimo (siamo arrivati alle 22,30 e in autonomia siamo entrati )tramite un app che apre sia il portone del palazzo che dell'appartamento, tutto pulito e confortevole, letti comodi. L'alloggio era al 1 piano ma con le finestre chiuse silenzioso.Nel frigo c'era l'acqua fresca molto apprezzata dato le temperature. Macchinetta del caffè con cialde per i primi giorni.Comunicato tramite wapps con l'host x suggerimenti sui ristoranti ed era sempre disponibile, rispondendo velocemente. Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone e siamo stati bene, ritorneremo e lo consiglieremo ai nostri amici.

Il bagno comodo anche se il lavandino è un po troppo piccolo, la cucina è attrezzata col minimo indispensabile ovviamente abbiamo mangiato fuori ma almeno la colazione si può fare a casa.frigo piccolo ma per pochi giorni va benissimo.

Posizione strategica, vicino al centro storico e ben servita con i mezzi per raggiungere il mare e la zona portuale.

The property is in a great location and easy walking to lots of areas within the city.

We booked this property as a family with 2 young children for a 2 night city break. However when we arrived there was a large amount of black mould in the bathroom which also had a damp smell. There was also black mould all down one living room wall. I contacted the host and they said they were aware of this because a pipe above had leaked and someone would only be repairing this on Monday and that he was sorry but it was out of his hands. To be honest I thought this was a terrible reply and basically saying he knows but tough. When of course it was in his hands and as the host he should not be renting this place for full price €150 per night. It was not great to have our children exposed to this. I then contacted booking.com (on the second day) who were excellent and said this was not acceptable and they would contact the host and have us moved immediately. But this point it was 3pm on our last day and we would be leaving first thing the next morning so in the end we didn’t move because the whole thing was so inconvenient when you have children who want to enjoy their holiday they do not want to be spending hours of this parking and unpacking and moving everything to another property. I think if you book this property you should ask if the mould has been sorted because the host will be reluctant to take responsibility for it!

Great location to explore Valencia with wonderful local restaurant vibe in the neighborhood!

Location is amazing and the apartment space.

The bed and sofa bed mattress felt like wearing off very soft in some place and a bit firmer in other places.
